Yes, with Premium. Add up to 4 grown-ups per family — each logs in with their own email and sees the same shared balance. Bank transfers from any of them auto-match to your family, so it doesn't matter which account sent the money. Handy when you're co-parenting, when divorced parents both want to stay in the loop, when a grandparent helps out with the zoo trip, or when both parents want to see 'what's still owed' without asking each other.
Every class has four roles: Treasurer, Co-Treasurer (Premium-only), Member, and Teacher (Premium-only). The treasurer and co-treasurer run collections and can see who paid and who hasn't — Members see their own payment status only. The Teacher can see all class events and update meet-up details, but never appears on payment lists and is never billed.
When you share a collection, ClassKasa automatically picks the best message type based on context: Announcement (new collection), Reminder (ongoing), Urgent (deadline approaching), Follow-up (overdue), or Celebration (fully paid). You can also switch between types manually. The message is pre-written in the parent's language — just tap Share and send via WhatsApp, email, or any app on your phone.
It's like a smart buddy for your whole class! Parents can ask things like 'where do we meet for the zoo trip tomorrow?' or 'how much do I owe for the gift?' Treasurers can ask 'who still hasn't paid?' or 'write me a friendly WhatsApp reminder.' It knows your class data, answers in your language, and never shares private info between roles. Available for everyone in a Premium class.

Yep. Real life — not every parent pays every time (already paid offline, kid isn't going on the trip this time, whatever). On Premium, exclude specific parents per collection so your totals stay clean.
The Teacher seat is for the adult who runs the trip — the schoolteacher. They see all class events and the collections list, can update meeting place, time, and return ETA on a collection, and never appear on a payment list. Available on Premium classes only. Inviting a teacher requires their first name, last name, and email; clicking the email link logs them in straight away.
A co-treasurer is the treasurer's backup brain — vacation cover, a second set of eyes on the math, somebody to help chase late payments. That kind of help is exactly what makes Premium worth it. The Free plan is for solo treasurers who run things on their own; the moment you want a teammate, you're looking at Premium.

Yes. Free gives you 1 class and 5 collections with manual payment tracking — enough to get the hang of it. But Premium earns its keep on one class, not three: AI reconciles your bank statement, reminders send themselves, a chatbot answers parents at 6AM, and a collection wraps in an afternoon instead of a week. You want Premium because of what it does, not because you ran out of free collections.
You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to Free — your data stays, but extra features are disabled. You can re-subscribe anytime.
No. Only the class treasurer subscribes. Parents access collection pages for free — no account, no app download needed. If the class decides to split the cost, it works out to about £0.20 per family per month.
Most classes pay from a shared class bank account with a debit card — the cost spreads naturally across whoever chipped in. And you don't pay during summer: Premium Monthly takes a free summer break in July and August, Premium stays on, the card just isn't touched. So you only ever pay in the months you're actually collecting.

No. Premium Monthly automatically pauses for July + August — Premium stays on, no charge, nothing to do. Billing resumes September 1. Premium Yearly already covers 12 continuous months, so the pause doesn't apply.

Yes — and here's how. We open the file, run the AI, return the matches, then drop the file. Nothing is kept on our servers after the analysis finishes. Your statement never enters a database.
You always have the final say. Every AI match is presented for your review before anything is saved. You can approve, reject, or manually reassign any match. The AI learns from your corrections to improve future accuracy.
Every Premium class gets 4 free bank statement scans per billing period. Need more? You can purchase additional scans at a low per-scan price directly from the Finances page.
